Can I combine shipping on auction items ending at different times? Yes, you may combine auctions up to one month as long as you are ACTIVELY BIDDING (this means your user ID shows as winning other items). You MUST pay in ONE payment for the combined shipping discount! Payment due within 7 days of last auction close or item(s) may be resold.

What if I won't be able to pay for the item within the 7 days? Payment is due within 7 DAYS of the last auction close unless you are ACTIVELY BIDDING (see above). We are not kidding! We start filing for non-payment and sending out 2nd chance offers as soon as we can! If we get to the point of giving you a strike, you will not only lose the item but the ability to bid on anything for 30-90 days! (See new eBay policies for 2008!)

How does feedback work? Starting February 20th, 2008, sellers will no longer be able to leave feedback for buyers. We do appreciate your feedback, though! Of course, if something is wrong with your order, you should contact us first. Once you leave feedback, you forfeit any possibility of a discount or refund or whatever would have made you happy! Note, any feedback left by a non-paying bidder will be retracted by eBay.

What if an item doesn't fit? We model the clothing, measure the items very carefully and even created a "How We Measure" page for you. We also advise you to ask any questions BEFORE bidding. However, if you just can't get it to work, you may return the item for a refund. See return policy.

How  much is the shipping/handling charge? There is a shipping calculator in every listing that works for every country. You choose 1st Class/Parcel Post or Priority (Express available, please inquire first). Combined shipping is heaviest item first, and then $2-3 per additional items depending on weight and destination.

Do you ship internationally? WE SHIP WORLDWIDE! Please use the shipping calculator provided in the listing. You have a choice of 1st class, Priority or Express (if we are available and agreeable) and we offer the cheapest international rates plus cheap combined shipping rates!

When can I expect my order to arrive? We ship 2-3 times per week depending on volume, weather, lines at the post office, health, time, holidays, etc. If you need it rushed, you need to contact us before you bid to make sure we can do this for you!
